The actuator is designed for versatile deployment, suitable for over 90% of explosive gas environments (excluding collieries/underground mines). Both motors and electronic components feature certified flameproof protection. To guarantee an airtight flameproof joint, the machining precision of all mating surfaces is strictly controlled and rigorously inspected throughout the supply chain, ensuring any internal sparks are safely contained. Additionally, the aluminum housing is manufactured via high-tonnage heavy-duty die casting, resulting in a denser material structure capable of withstanding substantially higher explosion pressures than standard electric actuators.

All mating surfaces between enclosures strictly comply with ATEX and UL standards, undergoing precision machining and rigorous testing prior to assembly to guarantee the explosion-proof rating. For seamless integration, the actuator features an ISO 5211 compliant multi-flange mounting and a double-square drive, ensuring easy onsite installation.
